Payment Terms:

A 25% deposit is required in order to make a booking. This is non refundable and non transferable in the event of you cancelling. The balance can be paid in advance or upon check out.

Notes:

Please note, I do not accept children. There are 2 cats on premises who are not allowed in the bedrooms. I do have 2 small dogs but often they will not be on premises. All my pets are very clean and are strictly not allowed in the bedrooms. If opting for breakfast, I do not take responsibility for allergies but will always do my best to adhere to requests.
